Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using Heard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Heard Does

Heard is a fan demand platform that lets users vote for musical artists they want to see perform in their city. Votes are anonymous and aggregated. Heard does not book artists, sell tickets, or guarantee any performances. Email notifications are sent only when an artist or their authorized representative elects to use the Heard platform to contact fans — Heard does not automatically monitor or notify users of tour announcements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Heard. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. One Vote Per Week

Each email address may cast one vote per 7-day period. Attempting to circumvent this limit by using multiple email addresses or other means is a violation of these Terms and may result in your votes being removed.

4. Email Notifications

If you opt in to email notifications, you expressly consent to receive emails from Heard at the email address you provide. These messages are sent on behalf of artists you have requested, at the artist's sole discretion. Heard does not guarantee that a notification will be sent for every show or any show. Notifications are sent only when an artist or their authorized representative elects to contact fans through the Heard platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

The Heard name, logo, and all content on the platform are the property of Heard. Artist names, images, and related content are the property of their respective owners. Artist data is sourced from Spotify and Last.fm under their respective terms of service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Heard makes no guarantees that votes will influence artist bookings or event schedules. Artist touring information sent via email is sourced from third-party data and may not be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on email notifications for ticketing or travel decisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
